Strengths: I am a natural at creative building and socializing and will contribute to the server in these ways.

Weaknesses: As you see in my overall experience, I have only basic and intermediate knowledge of plugins. I also have a short fuse and a bad sense of humor.

Griefer Toleration: I will ask for the reason why they did the action that got them there in the first place. If I see they are truly sorry, I will let them off with a warning. However, if they do it again, I can-and most certainly will-Temporarily (If Mod) or Permanently (If Admin) ban them. If you have a website, they will have to appeal on that website.

Personality: I am a fun, happy person who is always more than happy to help. However, I will also be more than happy to ban people who set me off, like griefers and spammers. Spammers include advertisers, people who want everyone to join 1 thing on a server or on a free OP server the people screaming "OP ME!" like lunatics.

Contribution: I will be able to bring new players to the server and build the popularity. Also, I will help build up new events and game types so everyone will be able to enjoy.

Why should we choose you: I am confident that I can bring new players to your server; on the server I would keep the natural flow of the chat, whilst cracking down on anybody who is becoming a problem. I'm also very well educated in creative building which should meet the standards of an Admin or Mod rank. On average I play 3-6 hours per day, so I should be able to keep a good relationship with the servers population.

What will you do in order to help the server? Keep ragers, griefers, and other pests in check.
What will be your contribution to the server? Hard work and thoughtfulness to new ideas as suggestions and help in whatever way I can manage.

Past Experiences on other servers: Creating my own server currently, have not been a mod or admin on another server before though. This is because I have only just started playing online recently but I am a very level headed person who can usually calm people down sufficiently to have a non-hostile discussion regarding less-than-honorable actions. (EDIT: I have received a trusted rank on a server before, but this does not give any permissions, it is purely honorary)

Why do you want to help? I have always had a drive to help others however I can, and this I work to achieve primarily through volunteer work.

What rank do you want to apply? Preferably Administrator, but I do recognize the important of moderators and would happily accept this rank as well.

What will you do to griefers? Immediately respond to the incident and ask the reasons for their actions. If there is no reasonable answer (I can't think of any except accidental and this would only be for very minor griefing charges) then they would receive a temp ban until a higher up (if I am not an admin) gives them a perm ban. (NOTE: This would be overridden by the server's policy if they have one.)

Also, I am a rather tech savvy person, so I will happily help all those who need my advice from minor issues such as chat not working to anything such as an issue with a plugin.

I would like to apply for this application because I think i could help this server grow and become an unreal server.
In the past I have been an Admin on two other servers, Head Admin on one, and Co-Owned another. All of which have been shut down permanently, This is why I would like to be an Admin on yours.
I am Currently in a small time build team also and we have built two spawns for two different servers.
As an Admin I do not tolerate any form of Racism, Sexism or Homophobic remarks, If I see such language I will (Depending on severity) Kick/Ban them with your permission if you are online, If you are not however, I will report it to you when you return and let you decide their outcome.

What will you do in order to help the server? I love to help small servers to set up the first steps. My building skills is above average, my redstone skills are pretty good (i think xD) and I know a lot about server/plugins/configuring. (vanilla, bukkit, tekkit and ftb included)
What will be your contribution to the server? Improve game experience for players (better/more plugins), build some nice houses (especially medieval style)
Past Experiences on other servers: I made a lot servers for myself (and friend), And on a few (not my own) servers I had staff ranks.
Why do you want to help? I love to help (new/small) servers to get big/good/fun
What rank do you want to apply? I don't know really, admin is handy (especially for configuring plugins), but moderator will do to. (and if you don't want any help in managing the server, I would like to become a builder to build for example the spawn, mobarena or other minigames.)
What will you do to griefers? Griefers? what griefers? We will DESTROY them with our kick-ass anti-grief/cheat plugins!

Past Experiences on other servers: Yes I have been every kind of staff even owner back in 2013 but I shut it down.
