New Server: Looking for a Co-Owner (Opens in a month)

So, I have a friend that is going to make a server and we are looking for a Co-Owner. We need someone with these requirements:
1. Has to be at least 18+
2. Must be mature enough to handle the power of being a Co-Owner
3. Must have a Skype so the Owner can talk to you.

I am not 18 but i am 16 and Can be just as Mature and reliable as and 18 year old can donate towards the server when needed and have Very Experienced time running servers, plugins, and Permissions
