One problem right away: Don't use OP. It's one of the worst things you can do. Get PermissionsEX or something like that. Second problem: You never said what type of server this is. It could be a creative, Generic (Hardcore PVP), or Communist even. Everyone has their abilities for different plugins.

How Much Do You know about plugins(Answer in detail):i know how to use them I've played with the factions plugin, mmcmo plugin, quests plugin, towny plugin, and many other plugins. so I pretty much know how to use all of them but to install them... i can probably do it but I cant guarantee it.
