Strengths: Well i am a captain for my schools rugby team so i think i lead people very well i am always up front if i have a problem with you and i will give you a chance to explain i am always respectful (i cant stand people non respectful)

Weakness: Well everyone has a weakness and mine personally is my short fuse but it only triggers if i know people are lying to me i really can not stand lying to my face or dis-respecting another player. These are the major things that make me a ticking time bomb

What makes me think i can lead: Well being a captain of a rugby team means i know how to lead telling people what position to play which can be easily functioned into Minecraft and what is as i think of their strengths and weaknesses, i can transfer my skills to minecraft from real life pretty easily as i could tell if someone can build large projects and continue to work on them over time or if someone is just a quick time builder that likes to do interiors, i will cater to everyone strengths and reflect on their weaknesses.

Guilds i will like to lead: Well i would love to lead the Building one mainly as this is what i mainly do when i am in minecraft i build i just love to build for anything i do not do pixel art i do cities, villages, strategy placed outpost, If this place is not available hunting i would prowl with my fellow hunters looking for the prey of man to chow down on at the table.

Anything else: I do build for other servers so i can not put 100% effect into the server but i can even my time out by being a admin first and a builder second because admins are more "ruling" in my eye then a builder and since you only requesting two admins i can see this will let me down in my application because you will probably want someone full time but i will try my best to become a full time admin if i like the server.

I can also suggest many plugins if you want this server to become an RP server with factions that go against each other, i could also suggest other guild names and their purpose within the server such as Mercenary, Thieves, Templar's, Warriors such as these i could place with in the servers and would take responsibility for these and their actions, these could be the military of the server each of your guilds could have a military alliance with another guild, i could also create different classes within the guilds such as a diplomat exchanging gifts and forming alliances with other guilds or traders which is self explanatory,

Please do not decline my application because i can not place 100% effect into the server but if i do like the server i will spend most of my time on this server instead of others.
