New survival server! Needs a staff team to create server!

Hello there! I am looking for just a small staff team to help create this server!
positions needed at the moment:
-Dev(1+)
-Admin(1)
-Builder(5)
-plugin manager(1 or 2)
-web manager(1)
-Mod(3)
requirements:
-Must be AT LEAST 13 years old
-Mature
-willing to donate to the server
-have experience
-promise never to abuse this rank.
-MUST have a skype
-be a fun person too(no boring staff )

How often can you be on the server?(at least 3 hours a day) I'm planning to be on around 3+ hours, though family issues and school-work could alter my playtime.
Why do you want this position? I want this position because when I first started playing minecraft, it was all survival, I dedicated not only my time, but my heart to a 1.2.5 survival server, it was up for 1.5 years, and let me say, I made amazing MC friends (HeavyKC & Hurley44). I am looking to also be staff on your server because recently the servers that I have applied on have been dropping player-rates, and let me tell you, being staff on a server with no players is not only:
a. Boring
but,
b. Not beneficial to my time and effort
I am not only applying to re-live my survival past, but as a dedicated minecraft player that is looking to help others go through what I had
What previous experience do you have?(no "sadly, the server was shut down")
I'll keep this simple.
I've owner 2 servers, 1 sponsored for my youtube channel, and 1 where I shut down because the host shut down.
I've been accepted as Admin on "Parrots Creed" a retake on Assassin's Creed, but the owner is never on, thus making me apply for a new server.
I've been accepted as a moderator on SuperRoles a server that as well is still up, but I have lost the ip after they changed it
I as well have smaller servers I applied for, but they either died out, I lost the ip, or something else.
I have also been employed at a hosting company before, giving me leadership skills as I was the head of Live Support.
Why should we accept you?
I believe that I should be accepted for staff because I am kind, I have good grammar, I am bilingual, and most importantly, I have leadership skills.
What can you bring to this server to help?
Where I'd love to say "everything", I can give my time, one of the most valuable things, my heart, as I will dedicate everything to make a warm friendly server as I was introduced to in 1.2.5, and lastly my skills, which are stated above.
