You might find you could be sued for that name, there is a hosting company called Nitrous Networks, they have copyrighted the name.

Also there name Is Nitrous Networks and they are people who hos gaming servers we only provide people with a server to play on and we don't ask for anyone to pay money.

you might find they probably wouldnt want to send countless hours and money on a court case against someone who most likely couldnt pay the full amount they would sue for
