I need to find someone to work with me on permissions. I don't care how it gets done or what it costs (within reason) but I need it done the way I want it done (specific ranks and whatnot). Please help me out, I've been trying to do this on my own for about two weeks and no luck at all. You need to know how to code the permissions.yml file or whatever the file is called for the type of permissions you choose to use. I would prefer either PEX but at this point I just want it to work.

The server is a localhost that I run off my my iMac at home. You will NOT receive OP thanks to a few people who like to be rude and try to mess up my spawn. Thank god we keep a backup of the map.
