Pixelmon Server needs Gym leaders!

Hi! Kick here and recently I opened a server with Pixelmon 3.1.4. My friends and I have been working really hard on building some gyms, a spawn, and entertainment! So far we have 3 towns built and one in the making. These are the gyms:
1) Dunetown's one and only in-the-air ground type gym!
2) Forestrytown's blooming blossom grass type gym!
3) Cascadetown's vintage water gym.
4) [Inprogress]BurnoutCity's Extreme fire tunnel gym.
5) [Inprogress]Thunderveil's storm cloud gym!
6) [Inprogress]MetalMord's Steel Factory gym!
7) [Inprogress]WindBlossom's tornado gym!
8) [Inprogress]Mineria's Boulder gym!
We are recruiting for all the gyms EXCEPT #3 Cascade town. Most of these have yet to be built so... Other than a shop all we need is these towns built and the Tournament zone aswell. Here is the gym leader app:

Why should I accept you? Because I feel I have a lot of experience of the Pokemon Battling mechanic and I can help players on their Pixelmon Jorney, as well as being an inspiration along the way. I can EV and IV Train and battling is my thing! Accept me if ya want.

Why should I accept you?Because i have staffed on numerous servers and i thought it would be cool if i tried the whole pixelmon thing.I do have experience with pokemon as i played Gen 2 and Gen 6. And as almost any pokemon fans dream I've always wanted to be a gym leader!Also i have staffed on 2 server (the ones i can remember) Geekycraft and Lizzycraft both which were short lived due to lack of funds.Both i was a moderator on. This will be my first pixelmon server i have staffed on.
