Typical Craft is a building community in which
players connect with one another on a daily basis to play survival with a twist. We have an experienced staff and first-rate developers that help to maintain the server’s superior quality. We are constantly making updates ensuring that our players will be operating with the latest versions of our plugins and craftbukkit. We work hard to alleviate any issue that arises on Typical Craft and can easily be contacted. Currently, we are a small community; however, we are looking to expand our network and work towards a greater population of players.The server is mutually owned by two very involved, dedicated, and experienced players. We have been in operation since the summer of 2012 and our server has seen tremendous success thus far. Both owners are constantly in-game working to alleviate any and all imperfections. Our team of knowledgeable staff is easily accessible and ready to assist around the clock. We also offer immediate guidance and extra assistance on our website for when no one is in-game.We pride ourselves on our impressive playtime extended due to minimal plug-ins, which immensely reduces the lag time. One of our notable attributes is the protection plug-in that allows players to defend their own land by throwing potions on the ground. These potions are only obtainable through purchase and can not be crafted. The sever also offers chestshops where players can buy and sell items. Our latest plug-in to our custom arsenal is our ‘no combat logging’ plug-in, which prohibits players from logging out during a combat for PVPers. You won’t have to worry about anyone logging out before your loot drops! Our team of highly specialized staff works hard to add customized plug-ins that enhances experience and are constantly looking for areas of improvement.The mini games are another significant element offered on our server. Mob-arenas and Spleef-arenas add excitement to the game at any time of the day. Players work through multiple rounds in an attempt to execute mobs and are rewarded with high-rate prizes for their successful efforts.A balanced economy and detailed permission groups uphold our server’s financial reputability. Players that make a donation to the server will immediately receive a higher rank and thus benefit with extra perks. We make sure to take care of our players.While we value or customers, we are not responsible for unprotected plots of land and encourage everyone to make sure they are defending their rights. If you come across an unprotected plot, our sever’s motto is “Greif it up. Rules: Absolutely no hacked clients are allowed. If we catch you with one your first sentence will be up to 2 days jail time. Your second offense will result in a perm ban! If we catch you with a hacked client during a pvp match your sentence will not be taken lightly.
Respect ALL players and EVERY staff regardless of past experiences. Be courteous and try to mind your own business! Disrespecting other players will result in kicks/Jails and eventually even Bans! Don't test us.
No combat logging at anytime during fighting. What is logging? Logging is defines as logging out while your mid-combat and about to die. We know have a plugin to prevent this! It has a terrible single stage of punishment: 1.) Drops your inventory 2.) Kills you 3.) Will keep repeating until you stop combat logging
Using any advantages due to lag or server glitches such as jumping and placing blocks underneath you to gain height will receive a punishment. The punishment can vary upon the amount of violations you currently have. Minimum sentence for first offense is 10 minutes jail time
Creating Afk water pools will get you banned permanently, no questions asked.
Regarding the griefing topic, if there is no protection potion thrown or no region created take as much as you can fit in your inventory and don't leave anything good behind. As for protected regions good luck trying to grief those without being added to the region.
We frown upon spamming and usually don't take it lightly. Any form of spamming will receive a punishment of 1 hour.
Do not use any swears, there is a filter for a reason, using work arounds and or words considered curses not on the list and or adding spaces etc. will receive similar punishments to the filter! Be respectful to other players, there are children playing here.
Do not try to impersonate a staff member or a higher power player such as a staff member at PM. You will typically just get banned as i don't deal with this nonsense.
Any form of advertisements in Typical Craft will receive a perm ban, no questions asked. DON'T DO IT! Do not even talk about other servers while in-game
Absolutely no death warps and or tpa killing you will receive jail time in definite. Upon second offense you will be temp banned for multiple days, and any offenses after this will receive a perm ban
