Private server

I want to start a 3 person survival sever, no creative, maybe some mods, only pure survival. It will be white listed too so only the 3 can join it. I might be able to host it but it might be laggy. I am searching for some good players to join me who won't be evil, grief or worse. Doing so will end in a ban and a new spot for others.
