Private 24/7 Server In The Making?

Hello. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to apply and join a private Minecraft.
Obliviously there will be rules/requirements to apply and join the server.
Like age,microphone, etc....

So we can talk about how we are going to set it up and what host I will be using.
This server will be like a semi-mature private server with very little plugins and very little lag (depending on where you live and what specs you are running on). It will have a tiny spawn nothing crazy. Also about 1 owner, 1 co-owner, 1 head-admin, 2 admins, 6 mods, and 8-10 support team members. (The numbers will change when we can talk on skype.) It's a survival server with out all the rule breakers and griefers!
(Saying this as I hope 15 year old and up players are mature (age requriemnt can change)). This will be a survival PvP/PvE server. It can have other small plugins here and there. It will also have a website with a tiny community roaming around. Also, we can talk about funds on Skype and who's pay? I am able to pay but not to much. Looking to buy a 3-month or 1 year server subscription. Also this server will have a way to donate. Thanks for reading this. Don't forget to add me on Skype if interested in this idea.
