The Introduction

Every SMP fanatic has come across that server, the server mangled with plugins, the cruel admin, and the out of hand playerbase. Purity aims differently, it aims for a completely different target. This server is the most original of all flavors - Vanilla. No roleplay, no restrictions. It is YOUR world, YOU make the decisions, you do whatever YOU want!

What About Griefing?

A good Minecraft server, unfortunately, cannot be successful without a few plugins. Don't worry, these plugins don't change the game, they simply enhance your experience. We have two anti-griefing plugins. One of them is a new, fully featured, HawkEye - to roll back those unwanted, unauthorized, edits to your structures. The other is the chest protection plugin known as LWC - so you can lock your doors and lock your blocks! You simply can't have infinite locked blocks, you will be only able to have a few at a time, so choose wisely!

Feel free to build anywhere you want, but it has to be legit. If you are the type of person that enjoys going hundreds of blocks out to build their base, doesn't it just suck when you die and have to walk all the way back? Or worse...losing the whole place all together! You will never lose it again with MultiHomes - set your home and you are good to go! There is a warm-up and cool-down time, and the warm-up will be interrupted if you take damage. You can donate for more homes, less cool down times and less warm up times!

We encourage you to build up with friends and be generally creative! Don't feel afraid to build close to spawn, it is completely fine! Try to form communities and build towns, they are protected from griefers!

Our Staff

You can always trust Purity's staff. We are friendly and understanding and think twice before each ban and kick we may have to do. Our staff utilize quick and easy communication on TeamSpeak 3 so we can quickly and efficiently bust out bugs, smooth out cracks, and break up player-related problems.

The Rules

1. Any client side hack is forbidden.
Punishment: Permanent ban. No appeal.

2. Never edit another's building without their sole permission.
Punishment: Ban. You will be caught - guaranteed. Appeals allowed.

3. Build anywhere you want, just as long it is a comfortable distance away from other's builds. Put $$$ somewhere in your app. You may build close to someone with their strict permission.

4. Act with respect towards everyone. Trolling results in a temporary ban.
