Idea for a PVP/Survival free for all competition

Hello everyone, I was recently thinking about some cool ideas for games on my server and began to ponder PVP/Survival. Something similar to the Survival Games. Here is my idea. We get 20 people(number could be adjusted) and put them in a randomly spawned map. They all start in one spot and have to spread out and survive. No equipment is provided at the start. They have to build all their weapons and mine all their resources. Last person standing wins. Comment what you think of this idea. If a lot of people like it, i'll set something up on a server and we can do this for my YouTube and just for the fun of PVP and survival.
