Why you want to be staff- I want to be staff on your server because I just in general enjoy playing OP Factions and love helping players in need, I am always active and tend to be on servers I'm committed to for awhile everyday.
Have you ever been punished on a server (muted,temp banned or banned), if so why- Not really, I guess I have been false banned a few times but I'm not to sure why ;p.
Skype (Not essential but is desirable)- If I get accepted, I can message you my skype
What position would you prefer- Doesn't really matter I just want to help this server become fairly known and great.
Scenarios
A player is abusing other players and members of staff in chat, what do you do- I will kindly warn the person that if they continue their actions, I will have to temp-mute them and if they continue ill perm-mute them until further notice.
A young player is trying to ask you something, but you can't understand what they are asking, what do you do- I would ask them to go onto the website and create a thread about their problem (if you have a website), or I would tell them to explain best they can.
A member of staff are abusing their privileges, what do you do- I inform higher staff that this player is abusing their privileges and if they are not online I will send them proof that this player does not deserve their rank.

Why you want to be staff- I like OP Factions a lot it is a Very Unique Game Mode and i just find it so fun to PVP Build Bases and Raid them but i cant Stand Hackers or Rule Breakers and i think i Can Rid of those Types of People
