Postion?:I would like to apply for Staff Manager(Above i saw you dont have a format for Staff Manager so i made one of my own thats ok
Do you have prior experience with a staff position?: Yes i do.I have owned two of my own servers in the past.The first one went down due to lack of donations, the second one went down due to me going to high school and haveing alot of exems so i was forced to shut it down since i didnt have time to take care of it.I have also been Admin on this server CoreCraft 3 years ago wich was bad exepriance for me becouse all of the staff turned againts me cuz i was doing so well.Currently im Mod on this server called Slothcraft but i think the server Will shut down becouse there are no players on it due to owners being lazy and not advertising.
Have you ever been (temp)banned on any server?: Yes i have been banned from ChaoticCraft for some reason i still dont know why they banned me the reason wasnt specified, but im unbaned now.
Why would a server have rules In the first place?: The rules are there for a reason they are there not to be broken but to be followed.Rules are there so all the players have equal rights that every player can have fun and no problems while playing, as a fellow owner in the past my self i know that rules get broken all the time in minecraft so the staff's job is to keep the players in check and act accordingly if the rules get broken.I'm not the type of a guy to ban players for no reason if its not something major i'll give the player a few warnings but if it comes to something like someone threating another player or the server it will result in a /tempban or a permenant ban dipending on the situation.
A little bit about my self: I'm a 17 year old guy who is very mature for his age at least thats what my firends and perents tell me.I'm from eroupe from this small country you probably haven't ever heard of called Slovenia.I'm currently studying for a proffesional builder and then later on im going to study for arhitecutre. Also i love helping people that are in need of assitance.I can speak 4 languages: Slovenian ,English ,Croatian,Serbian and a little bit of .I've been playing minecraft for about 5 years now.I also know alot about setting up servers, plugins etc.... Oh and i can also build quite good.
I hope this hasn't been to long i tried to make it as brief as possible...If you have any more questions please just ask.
