Im looking for someone who can create a portforwarded bungeecord server, a custom ip or numbered ip is fine i just need it to work, if it is a custom ip if would be nice if the ip can be mc.tomyumcraft.net

VulcanNetworksMC so does hosting a BungeeCord server.
BungeeCord just acts as a typical Minecraft Server. It does need RAM and CPU like most Minecraft Servers. Just the requirements are dramatically lower since they pretty much only handling players.

Bungeecord costs money? i dont think soo

Custom IP's cost money, so does hosting a BungeeCord server. My recommendations are find a cheap but reliable host in which can host all of this.
