iMurder said it perfectly. You are very unprofessional, and so no one will want you to work on there server, and no one will ever just pay you to configure a plugin, unless you can do it really well. So Good luck...

Do you have any evidence or proof of you developing plugins and that they are your plugins, also have you worked for any servers?
