I have been falsey banned a lot because of my PVP skills, but I have never been banned for other reasons

The servers that I have been staff on have either reset staff or have shut down, but I have tons of staff experience intact I used to own a server.

Catching hackers, dealing with disrespectful people, and helping.

Server plugins and coding.

I know you might say that your not 15 I'm going to deni but please read this. I am more mature than kids my age usually are, I don't want to offend anyone who is my age, but most kids are TBH brats. I can control my anger (usually everyone blows eventually) and I love helping so much.
Why we should choose you over the other applicants:
Honestly if there is a better App than chose that one it is your server but I would love for you to chose mine. I have been staff on so many servers and I have a lot of experience.
Anything else you would like to add/mention:
I know I probably seem like a staff hunter but I don't want to be staff for the glory or for anyone to be scared of me. I want to help and let people know that I'm not someone who will abuse their powers, I want to be looked upon to resemblance a good staff.

Do you have staff experience and are you staff on any other servers currently: Yes, I been experiencing of being a staff in my previous servers. I've been a Builder to Helper to Moderator and to Admin. It is a tough job of being a staff it is because You/I need to secure the safety and healthiness of the server so that to prevent some bad hobbits like hacking and ddos attack. It is a time-consuming job because you need to be online like not enough 2 hours a day because players will do something bad on the server. It is important that at least there is a Staff online so that the server will be secured.
Your strengths: My strength is my Family who support me in my studies especially in finances.
Your weaknesses: My weakness is those people who does gossips.

Why we should choose you over the other applicants: You should choose me over the other applicants it is because, I have the knowledge in moderating players to supervise them in their movements so that to prevent bad happenings. Because I was a Club Moderator who moderates my co-club members and educating them by teaching some good values that they can apply it on real-life situations. Like in-game I will teach some good manners and values to those players who don't follow such simple rules that was ordered by the server rules board/forums.

I believe I can handle the responsibility of going on the server and help the people out answering there questions. I’ve always enjoyed helping people, not only in Minecraft but in real life as well, seeing as I thoroughly enjoy playing on Servers. Being able to help the community would always be something I have wanted, putting back into the community and helping the new players get the same experience as I once had. I think I would be a good addition to the staff team as I can come on in times where some staff are not usually being online.
