I want to build a community with a few players on tekxit 3.14(pi). The server will start or has started on the 15th of January, 2021.
Minimum age is 16.

Rules:
Don't build your base within 500 blocks of spawn.
Don't completely destroy wilderness terrain.
When collecting mass dirt/sand or things alike, flatten from the top and not take giant chunks or holes in the world OR do it hella far out 5-10k out.
try not to lag the server.
No unintended farms, like iron or gold farms because there op.
Fix creeper holes and no floating trees.
No griefing, stealing, cheating, exploitation of any kind. There is core protect and we have backups. We will ban you.
Pvp is on, but this is not a pvp server. Pvp must be agreed upon.
