Uhm...

1# Notch doesn't work on Minecraft anymore.

2# Why would you want to search for a MC Server 1.4.5 when 1.4.5 players can play on 1.4.4 servers?

First off I think Notch would hire someone who can use nouns correctly. Secondly I think that he would hire someone who can use capital letters and full stops. Also, he would hire someone who can spell and lastly someone who can use an instead of a before a vowel.
