Is this a good server hosting plan?

I'm new to making my own servers, and I need to know if this server hosting plan is any good. I'm using this as a clan server, and I'm hoping that it hold at least 30 players at one time before it starts to have problems [it has unlimited slots, but that doesn't mean it won't lag with a large amount of players]. I do have a budget, but I need to know if this is worth it or there's a better option:

This is a great plan very worth it, but in the other end is this a good host? if its a small host company, I don't suggest getting it. some of the affordable host that are reliable and I have used before are cubedhost, shardgaming, fragnet, mcprohosting.
