I am a creative builder myself and know what should be built, but may not be the best at executing the directions. I can cooperate well with others and can be a leader and make sure the builders get the project done on time and as the owner wants it.
Tell me about yourself: My name is Chuck. I am 15 years old. I am a sophomore in high school and am a straight A student in Honors classes. I am learning Java and Javascript through a college course and hope to learn Swedish in the future. I own a spawn and hub creation business that is paying.
Why is it you want this position: I would love this position because it would give me more experience in managing a team, as I do not have a build team together at the moment. It would be great to help the server out and make it a success. It would be nice for the server, if profit is made, to share a percentage of that with its staff. I am a creative thinker, yet not artistic. I am better at managing a team than being a part of that team. I work well alone and giving others commands. I am a helpful person so if a builder is ever out of ideas or does not know how to execute something I will be helping them.
