Upcoming small server! RECRUITING!

Hi, everyone, Im Alex.
Ive decided to make a new small server for few people. I need lots of help though, as If i did it all, it would take forever. I need builders,pluginhelpers. I have 2 different applications for them. for builders i would prefer a more steampunk style so it would be perfect for steampunk or castle style builders. and for plugin helpers: world guard, essentials, perms, prefix,suffix,ranks
