Age: 15+
Must have Skype and be able to use the MICROPHONE
Must be able to build
Must be funny, upbeat and willing to learn/teach
Must be active daily
Must be friendly
Must be able to play 3 hours each Saturday and Sunday (6 hr total)
Must be able to play 1 hour per day Mon-Fri (5 hr total)
PLUS ONE HOUR FOR A WEEKLY MEETING (total of 12hrs per week)
Must speak English and type in English
Must have some experience with:
1. Server Plugins
2. Server Management
3. Player Management
(FEMALES HAVE A SMALL ADVANTAGE [nerds listen to them])

---HOW YOU ARE PAID---
On your first month, you will be paid weekly so we can build a
relationship and we dont waste each others time. This way if after week 1,
we decide you are not what we need, we can give u $5 instead of binding you
to a full month.
After your 30 day probation period you will be paid monthly. Which means
once per month. You do your hours and play/manage the server the way I teach you
and you will be paid.


---WHY I WILL NOT SCAM YOU---
I simply do not have the time to be on everyday at the times high volume traffic will be on Minecraft. Therefore I need to hire someone who will be for me so I can advertise and bump the server properly so when people join they stay in the server and dont think its boring. As we build a bond together, so will our trust for each other and scam wont even be a second thought between us. Chances are, if you read this sentence, you will be a perfect candidate as this is a decently sized topic and many people dont like to read, so they wont even get this far. So like I was saying, scam is a word that will cease to exist.
