Why do I get no players?

Why do I get no players? I'm pretty sure I have a good server and a good advertisement. I've been advertising for almost 20 days now... I've gotten a total of only 112 players. 90% of them quit. The other 10% barely comes on, and there are only 3-4 dedicated players. And the rest are mostly staff or players who come on only sometimes..

in my opinion it just looks plain, add details about minigames, and stuff that your server has that separates it from the rest. Simply being a hub server doesn't bring players anymore. As well your servers name isn't as appealing, think about large servers with catchy names, as trivial as it seems something that is fun to say will attract a lot of players.

Hmm, maybe you should let more people know about it? I have a lot of friends who pplay MInecraft, so I'll tell them about your server.
