Skittelz's skin gets my vote; it's just better overall. Sorry PrototypeTheta.

Both are amazing skins. I vote for Theta though, I like the contrast and shading more.

2D Picture-Skittlez
3D Model-Proto, Skittlez it gets very blendy/shiny when running.
Backstory- Still no backstory. *sigh*
Originality- Proto
Colors-Proto, Skittlez its very light. Contrast is much needed with a palette like this
Shading-Proto, again Skittlez, too light. Use that whole palette.
Use of new layer-Skittlez
Technique-Proto, barely
Overall- Proto
Notes:
Skittlez-Too much white. You needed to use more of the darker side of that palette in the general areas of the skin. Also, checkerboard bottom of feet. No-no. Good fists. Your shoulder-tops don't match...
Proto-Needs more shading, or more contrast. Bold contrast looks great, and even shading looks great. Feels like you went between the two. Legs look like he is wearing short shorts, with boots. Nice overall.

Let the robot army advance!
I'm a bit more drawn to Skittlez because of the design. Although Proto beats him in other areas, I like my robots to have a good second layer and to make great use of simple palettes.
