Realm of Lothiredon - a huge RPG server currently in development is looking for: you! We'll keep this short and simple. We have been in development for over 3 years now, and are looking for people who are capable of using the Spigot API and Java to develop plugins as desired. We are also looking for avid and creative builders to help us build them apart! Here are our requirements!

Some background on the builds we create. We have been working on the most immersive RPG in Minecraft to date. The builds are predominantly in a mid/late medieval style ranging anywhere from huts to town houses to massive parliamentarian buildings.
On top of this, we also build commissions on a regular basis in all sorts of styles. Mini-game maps are also in our reportoire. Please find screenshots below to get a feeling for what we build.

Here is some more information about our server. We currently have a team of around 40 members, including 2 owners, 15 builders, 15 moderators, 5 lore writers and 5 developers (numbers subject to change excluding owners). We have been under development for around 3 years as of now and have built %40 of the total project. The framework for the RPG is being developed.
We further house a set of minigames including, all custom, KitPvP, Spleef, Skyblock and more. More minigames are being developed and may require future help.

- Have you ever worked in teams before? If yes, what teams?
- Are you capable of working with time restrictions and time zones?
Relevant skills!
- Are you capable of programming in Java using the Spigot API?
- How many years (or months) of experience have you got?
- Are you able to translate ideas into code easily?
- Are you able to use other people's code or API's and implement them / change them to fit your own plugins? (Disclaimer: we do not plagiarize plugins, though we use a set of plugins developed by our lead dev.)
- Is there any other information that is beneficial to know about this application?
Disclaimer
All developers over the age of 18 that are accepted are required to sign an NDA. All developers younger than 18 might be required to sign an NDA under guidance of the owners and parents/caretakers with full approval. Developers are not paid until the server profits from donations. Thereafter developers will receive a percentage of the total revenue, not a standard rate commission. Any information provided during the interview is confidential and not to be recorded. The applicant will be reminded of said disclosure at the start of the interview.
