well first of all you need an animated picture, you can find some on DeviantART (Search that in Google) and once you get a animated picture, simply upload the picture to this site like you would with any other normal picture, here's a small tip tho, a animated picture always has the .gif extension at the end, so make sure you find a picture with .gif at the end.
