I know but I need it run 24/7, I tried Xampp and it worked but am now using db4free.net thanks anyway
You can do you own MySQL server from yr home like I did it's free

000webhost grants MySQL 5.1 databases for free. Been using them for private projects, they're generally very stable and their support is pretty good.
I'm sure there are tons more if you give Google a try.
