Banners and Animated pics on PMC

Hey guys! Future here! And one thing i always see on PMC is banners below peoples name for there fourm signature, and Animated Profile Pictures (with GIFS and stuff) and I was wondering how you do it? an answer would be nice. Thanks in advance!

To do the actual picture you must use a software like photoshop, gimp, or others. To add it as your signature you go to My Account>Change Forum Signature.. which is located in the bottom left hand corner. If you have photoshop make sure to save it as Save for Web. If you don't do that, it won't move and will be a still picture
