So whats up with picture when I try to upload it? It just turns black, don't know why?

Again, its just blank black and weird random things like %a%somethinghere%something%a%ada5%dfa%bnbh% things keep poping out. This site used to be great, its still is BUT as more time goes by looks like its more and more broken each day... Also lets don't talk about loading times...

I would personally recommend it being to be resizing it down at the aspect ratio that it is at which it is: 16:9. 1600x900 works for me, so it is a great possibility that it can work for you. I thought I had uploaded a title card at 1920x1080, but I'd try 1600x900.

How big is it? It can't be too big,

The direct link says it's 1920x1080. That may be the problem, OP. Try resizing down to something semblant to 800x600. That's the size I usually use for my blog thumbnails and they work fine.
