Bring back down votes

I was annoyed to find that down votes had been removed as it gave an indicator as to what is popular/unpopular. It also meant that very untactful and potentially offensive items will get lots if up votes/diamonds yet it not showing the many people who dislike it. It was a useful feature and I do not see any point in removing it.

I agree to, but the only problem are the trollers that do that just for fun.

I agree, however I think that the user that uploads a project should have the power to enable or disable ratings (AKA Diamonds).
