Once I found a skin that had a lot of tiny people on it, but now, I can't seem to find it. Can someone please help me?

I have no idea then. Was it just the tiny people or was there another design

It wasn't a normal skin, it had small people and I remember the creator made it to celebrate something. The "mini people" were on each corner of an arm/leg.
