This computer is not good enough to run Minecraft.
These Graphics cards are baddest i have ever seen, and the processor is not good either.
If i would be you, i would still be looking for better computer.
are u high? of course this can run minecraft my old computer from 2004 could! shity graphics card? nividia graphic cards are the best u can get durr sure it might not be the top of line nividia but it gets the job done none the less

i dont use mods all to often mostly just optifine but sad face about redstone :/ i love making kool stuff like elevators and fire works

Probably, I mean, I'd imagine using optifine to get a balance between normal and far. Like paperdood said, if you're planning on going in laggy situations you may turn it down just a bit.

It depends what u are planning to run on the computer, Minecraft should run fine, however if you enjoy tekkit or a highly modded minecraft then you might experience some lag in situations where too much is going. (Or huge redstone things)

Probably, you would really need to test it out. Maybe some intense redstone lag in some situations but you should be good to go.
