Can't Upload my Mod!!! ??? Please help!!!

So when I click on the upload mod button, I get text that says, "Mods currently disabled for low level members." What level do you have to be? lol Is there any ways to get a larger level fast? Thanks for your help.

Upload skins, projects, or texture packs to level up. I believe it's locked until you get level 3. Trust me, you get there fast.. Just upload the best possible content you can.
