Cannot see any skins in minecraft HELP

I am trying to fix this by redownloading minecraft and other stuff.
searching on the internet and on these forums but couldn't find any answer.
could someone please help me I can't see any skins including my own skin in multiplayer and singleplayer.

I have the same problem, when I force update it comes up with fatal Error Occured 4: null and I also cant see skins but after downloading the digiex launcher I can play but still not see skins. I suggest you use the digiex launcher.

This was 3 months ago and was fixed.

FIXED IT.
it was my stupid firewall who blocked minecraft from downloading/uploading the skins and other stuff.
finally after all those months lol.

Your internet is buggy. happened to me before. you can either wait
make another skin and after you use another one use the one that used to be buggy and it will be fine!

sed11My skin happened to be default randomly for some reason even when logging back in even in singleplayer.
I fixed it by re-changing my skin at minecraft.net maybe that will work for you.

I'm not so sure though but it probably is cuz I saw it on another thread.
Its probably changed though.................
So if that doesn't work then get a twitter account and tell Notch whats wrong on his twitter or something idk but I can't think of how you can fix the game without Mojang's help.............

Delete your bin.
Then run the .exe.
Its probably one of your mods.
And when you say you can't see anyone's skins do you mean they look like the default skin? 'Steve.'
If so that probably means you need to log out and back in.

I am not using any mods. they look like steve yes and I already tried 10 times to relog..
if I log in without the bin I get the fatal error too

Try deleting the whole .minecraft folder then go onto minecraft.net and log-in and play the browser then try the .exe again.
If you get fatal error then I have no idea whats happening O_o
But because of that remember to copy your .minecraft folder so you have a back-up.

both didn't work at all keep getting the fatal error... even in browser

Possibly update your Java...

and if I Force Update I get the "Fatal Error occured(4): null"
