Cant update my submissions now?

For some reason when i view my submission pages, i can now longer see the update/delete buttons etc? Is there a reason for this? Yes i am logged in before anyone says it...

Due to some security issues (that are being worked on) the site is currently on "lockdown". Managing submissions is currently unavailable. Everything should be working soon. (Within a few days maximum).
