Change in "gravedig" rule

Okay, my idea is making gravedigging allowed, under following circumstances:
-The topic can still be discussed
-The OP is adding more info
-Not a pointless gravedig. I mean, if the topic can still be discussed or the OP is updating it, the gravedigging rule should not count.

Those are already in play, though its up to the Mod entirely. If the topic still has discussion value or is something that can continue say a riddle topic, its should be fine.
