I have a million of ideas for mods

Unfortunately I cant code anything. I am whats called screwed. I need a coder but I have no clue where to get one. If any one can code my ideas (and let me submit them) then you would get most of the credit (not all I would make designs and plus they are my ideas) if you help me I need to make sure it works. sometimes I will repay you by letting you submit it.
