I've just started making my first texture pack that I plan on finishing and uploading and was wondering about a couple of things:

-Can I upload a texture pack if the only thing that I want to change is block textures and the inventory, without changing mob skins or the "items" part of the texture folder? (The "placeholder" part of the submissions guidelines confused me a bit)

-If I use multiple resolutions in one texture pack (using 32x32 but have higher resolutions for wood and single pixels for wool (looks better for building)) do I just label the resolution as 32x32 or do I have to make all blocks use the same resolution before i can upload it?
