it might require a small test... i dont think she does but do command blocks are broken by her? if not good build it right under the spawn platform and then looping the command to set the item certain entitys hold and make her hold the elytra and have that one always active and repeat k i think its using /entitydata @e[type=EnderDragon] and then some stuff to set the item she holds to the elytra wings
