Why do I see diamonds on top of my projects/skins? Is that a new reward system?

This way, if someone doesn't like a submission they don't vote on it. If someone still likes a submission, it obviously gets more "diamonds". This will fix the problem with trolls down-voting submissions.

Only if a system like this was implemented on all the other sites.

The "Diamonds" system is the new upvote system, much like servers stopped having up and downvotes and changed to "recommend", other submission types now have "Diamonds" instead of the up/down system.
