I wouldn't say they suck, I just think it needs to differ a lot more than previous posts.

You need to practice shading and possibly hair a bit more :) i also recomend the post already commented :D

generally alot of them, they are entirely flat coloured which doesn't look the best, even a simplistic style would use 1-2 extra shading tones
