I noticed today that the PMC forum signatures don't support transparency. I think it would be great if transparent signatures would be added.

I don't see any corners poking out unless I highlight it, but that's with any transparent .PNG file.
There are 2 shades to the site, one's white and the other is a really pale mint color. But I have no clue, all I could o is take it into Photoshop and re-save it for you?

Look at my current sig, see how there is white corners around the gold? Thats what i'm talking about, the background for the forums when i'm looking at it isnt white so the corners stick out... D:

They show up white because the background it's on is white

I use GIMP. I was just rounding the corners of a rectangle for my signature, and i wanted the outside of the rounded corners to be transparent. But instead they show up white.

They do, I've uploaded a handful of signatures that used transparency for a desired effect

Does it have to be a certain image type? Because I uploaded a png with transparency and it isn't displaying right.

Did you use Photoshop for it? What sort of transparency effect were you going for? (I'll try and recreate it using Photoshop)
