When not recording, the FPS is at like, 400. But when I am recording, it goes to around 17. Help?

Well you may need to put your Minecraft video settings to crap, and turn your fog up really high. If that doesn't work, try to get an External Hardrive and run Fraps off that. It should help with the lag

My settings already are crap... :/ At least the ones that i know what they do.

If you're implying that i hack, I don't. I checked before i posted this, and it was messing around at 400.
