Hi!
When i try to upload the gif to my server banner nothing happens the picture stand still as a single photo.
Its working as you see here but when i upload it as a gif it is just a picture and it wont move?

I found the problem !
The gif's size were to big

I'm not that stupid to make my gif file a png file I uploade it as a gif and it wont work

You must have used a png image instead of a GIF. Check the file again.
Also, your banner is really ugly. Hire someone to make a banner for you.

And the banner wont move because it thinks it's a png/jpg. Try looking on youtube on how to make the PMC server banner a GIF
