Anyone know of a good fly plugin, Similer to the creative version but without the creative mode? Need it for my server to replace the Magic Carpet Plugin

or get spout craft fly.
I prefer fly to be quite limiting while survival mode so smooth flight works best for me. I'd say keep magic carpet for building and use smooth flight for travel.
Can this be limited to certain groups only?

you could try zombes fly mod, dragon travel or several other plugins that there are...
I reccomend dragon travel, as it means that they only fly to predetermined destinations made by you. (instead of flying everywhere)
