Ok, so I have a problem with my internet

So, I have been trying to connect to my internet on my phone wirelessly with WiFi but every time I enter the password that I used for my old phones, it never connects. It has nothing to do with my phone because my friend's Ipad didn't connect either. I am using PlusNet Technologies Thompson. Can anyone help me fix this?

and my mum went and got new internet and turn of wireless

It's OK, I fixed it just had to reset my router.

Try checking the routers back because with my internet i connected then we changed it and i stayed connected because it was in its memory that i went on but if you check the routers back it should have the password and i dont actually remember ever typing the password for my old internet router but the old one goes to the new one to the tower because it crashes the routers connection if we connect to the new one so you might need to ask if it changed because the phone might lie the password because of the changed router password so ask your whoevers with you in your house i guess lol

How many wifi routers do you have and how many devices are connected to it

Well, if you access to your network config, check to make sure that the passwords are the same, if that doesn't work, contact your ISP.

yes! I used the same password on other devices before october-ish time and they worked
