I cant verify my server it is bukkit 1.7.4 beta build and it says it is offline my IP is IP:184.95.50.146:60170

try setting your port on your server to the default minecraft port thing its 25565 or 25566

Well, firstly depends who's hosting it, you or a hosting provider?
If it's you, go to your server.properties and change it there. Remember to port forward it.
If it's a company hosting for you, you need to contact their customer support to have a new port.

Your version you put on is 1.7.2, though you say your server is 1.7.4. Edit that and see if it works.
