We spend several days, up to a month in advance generally, fleshing out themes, ideas and potential problems generated by said themes. I'd appreciate it if you don't oversimplify our process to ensure that the contests are presentable and produce quality content from our members.
It takes both the moderators -and- the members, a combined effort, to make the contests work.

Just what Luis said. If Cyprezz/Paril thinks you're trustworthy, they'll send a PM.
Neither Cyprezz nor Paril chooses the judges for the contests. Please don't spam them with PMs. If you are at the quality level to become a judge, those who choose the judges will know about you without you spamming us about it.
Currently we are running skinning contests and the occasional blog and project contests. Seeing as you have no skins, blogs or projects uploaded, I'm not really sure why you want to be a judge.

We need much less skin contests as there used to be heaps of them. We need more blog and project!
Blog and project contests are harder to set up and take much longer to judge than skin contests do. That's why there are less of them.
Well, it is true that it can take months for setting up a project contest and it takes forever to judge them, but a blog one only needs Mine[Name Here] then t is setup. It can take a couple of minutes each but it is nowhere near as long as project as far as I know!
